Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law.

Pastor Scott &

Pastor Annie Miller

Student Pastor & Children’s Pastor
Pastor Scottie and Pastor Annie both grew up in the Mobile area. They did not realize it due to the difference in their ages, but they attended the same school for a few years. During a graduation service she heard one of the older students singing the song “Wind Beneath My Wings”. Immediately she fell in love with the song and the voice. Pastor Scottie grew up in church and knew, at the age of 16, that God was calling him to full time ministry. In 1999, Pastor Annie rededicated her life to Christ and began attending FOLC. That is where Scott and Pastor Annie met and fell in love. Shortly after they started dating, she realized that Scott was the voice that she had fallen in love with years ago. After joining in marriage in 2000 they both served in ministry, Pastor Scottie in music and Pastor Annie with children. God has blessed them with six incredible boys, Austin, Caleb, Eli, Johnathan, Gabriel, and Max. In June of 2006 God called them to join their gifts & talents together to lead the children’s ministry here at FOLC. In January of 2016, Pastor Scottie joined the team as our full time student pastor. Now as a team they lead of kids from cradle to college.
“We are so honored that our creator would choose to use us to help equip this generation.”
