All 3-year-old children must be completely toilet trained.
We reserve the right to ask parents to withdraw

| Building Fee |
There is an annual building fee of $75.00 per child. This fee must be paid by the July 15.
Members of Fountain of Life Church are exempt. |

Food Service |
Students are given the choice of either bringing lunch from home or purchasing a plate lunch from the school cafeteria. The cost of a plate lunch, including milk or juice, is $3.00. Juice or milk can also be purchased separately for $.50.
Ice cream is available for afternoon snack time. The cost is $.50.
Additional information concerning these and other food service information, including snack and lunch menus, may be obtained from the office or classroom teacher. |
| School Uniforms |
All students are required to wear uniforms. Uniforms consist of navy blue pants, shorts, or skirts with a white or hunter green shirt/blouse. Shoes must be black or navy blue. Socks of white, navy blue, or hunter green must be worn. While styles may vary, all clothing must be of uniform quality. No denim or corduroy is allowed. Any clothing item with belt loops must have a belt of navy blue or black to match shoe color. |
Payments |
Tuition and daycare fees are due on the fifteenth of each month. There is a $20.00 late fee for payments received after the twenty-fifth of the month. If payments are delinquent more than 30 days, students will not be allowed to attend school until the account has been brought up to date. (This period must not exceed 5 school days.) |
Method of Payment |
Check or Money Order is the preferred method of payment. Office personnel should directly receipt any cash payments. Evangel Christian will not be responsible for any cash payments sent by any other means. |
Non-Payment |
Children will not be allowed to attend school/daycare if payment is beyond 5 school days late. Children may return to school/daycare once the delinquent week has been paid. Any child not attending school/daycare for a two-week period pending payment of a delinquent account is subject to having his/her position filled, and thus, re-admittance would be jeopardized if no available positions were open at the given time. |
